We want you to love your Crush products so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days of the shipping date -unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on Sale items.
All we ask is that the item is:
- in the same condition we sent it to you
- in its original packaging
To arrange a return, please contact us stating your full name and order number letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as Royal Mails\’s Recorded Delivery. You will then be able to apply for compensation if the item is lost.
